Clean rooms with very friendly staff. Due to the heavy rains from hurricane Hillary some rooms were damaged leaving our room, which was to accommodate 4 people was damaged and unavailable. We were compensated with a second room with no additonal charge. Walking distance to many attractions and beautiful views. So happy with our stay.

Rooms are small but Good clean rooms. With free pa r king this was a good option.

We arrived at 10 pm. All doors were locked and we had to beat on door to get service. This hotel has no elevator and it looks like most of the rooms are upstairs. My sister is handicapped as well as one other person that was in our party the girl that came to check us in wouldn’t talk to us or anything else you wanted was our credit cards and then she slammed the door in her face and told us to go upstairs. what we needed she wouldn’t listen it was a horrible stay. we had to carry all our luggage up a straight up stairwell I am the rooms look nothing like the picture is absolutely nothing no comforter no nothing on the beds except a sheet and a flimsy blanket The Internet only works half the time, and the TV only works half the time as well. We were also told that this hotel has a shuttle from the airport till 12 midnight it does not. They have no explanation for this except for they were supposed to remove it from the website $60 later we got an Uber to this nasty hotel. free breakfast what a joke. It was a little cookie one and nasty coffee. Nothing else it was pathetic

Absolute garbage of a hotel. We stayed there 03/04/2023. The breakfast consists of a cookie and tea/coffee. Yes, just one cookie(it’s not an exaggeration). They advertise continental breakfast but it’s a scam. The room was dirty. And when I say dirty I really mean it. Room floor looked like it was never cleaned. Photos on their website are misleading. Our room was worn out. With a hole in the bathroom wall, and scratches all over the place. Overall terrible experience. I get that you get what you pay for. But today we stay in a hotel just a block away on the same street, and it’s completely different experience for $15 less. Please listen to my review and find another place. You’ll thank me later!
