Pretty great ! Nice home/apartment like hotel rooms with fridge , freezer , dishes! Nice tvs but the chromecast feature didn’t seem to work :-( so just used my laptop screen, nice furniture and comfy beds! Large walk in shower. Random people walking around on the roof outside (feet from my window which was a bit strange for privacy). Overall a great stay! Kind staff.

Good experience in general. The coffee could use a little work and the hot water was cold in the water dispenser. Rather than that pretty good place. The location is safe and convenient but a little far from public transportation.

Suits with large space, very clean, everything is there except the washing machine however the dish washer is there. All you need is to come and enjoy your quiet stay. Once you reach the hotel you will find a lot of friends welcoming you, don't worry they are the staff 😀 They will give you a map and all the details for a safe enjoyable stay. I like it so much.

2nd time in San Fran. 1st visit to resort. I had a great stay. The room was immaculately clean with very modern furniture and fixtures. Bed was super comfy. The staff was friendly and upbeat. I gave a 4 rating only because of 2 minor things. 1. The washer on my floor had a bad spin cycle so it took a few hours for the dryer to dry my clothes. 2. My room had no lotion and it took multiple requests and a day and a half for the staff to supply some. More weird than anything else. Other than those two things, great stay.
