If you stay more than one day the second day room service needs to request. Water provided only on your first day arrival. No coffee or tea. Bathroom spaces but the basin very small.

Nice and clean 2 stars hotel. No lift to the 2nd floor rooms. Reasonable price if you need room for family of 4-6. Good location with nice food nearby.

Room type: Standard Room Purpose of stay: Business Trip A) Receptionist The check-in and out process were very smooth. Probably because i booked through agoda so they just need my booking id for confirmation and my ic. The staff also very assistive and has pleasant personality. RM50 deposit is needed. The area was clean too. There is no lift though so you have to carry your stuff using the stairs. They also provide water dispenser at every level. B) Room Standard Room was really small, even for a tiny person like me. I had to perform my prayer on the bed because there is no space on the floor. The TV and air-con works. C) Bathroom Toiletries were provided and the bathroom is really clean and spotless. No watermarks at all and the towels are really soft and smell nice. They also provide slippers for bathroom use. D) Parking Ample parking spaces are available. But you need to pay for the coupon though. E) Conclusion I'll come again for another stay (but maybe another room) I love how the hotel is strategically placed near lot of eateries and convenient stores.
