The rooms are not necessarily the ones on the app, as they select depending on what is available amongst the most affordable. However the team of employees are so helpful and nice. Location is absolutely accessible and very close to the central station which is an absolute advantage. Last but not least is that you can have the room for just several hrs not necessarily to pay full night rent. I recommend the place.

Very good location a few steps from Antwerp Central station. The room was very clean but a bit old. The receptionist was very kind and funny. The breakfast was very rich with quality products.

Great location. The breakfasts was good. We had a lot of issues with the air-conditioning in the room, apparently it was being managed by the reception and not from the room, so it was being turn off in the middle of the night, even asking to turn it on again it was being turned off all the time, we ended having to sleep with the window open. Weirdly the beds are not separated in case you're staying there and don't want a couple bed but two single ones, there is not much room to put them apart.

I got a very good deal for an overnight stay at De Keyser Hotel via SocialDeals. I was impressed by the quality of customer service the Front Office extended to us. Even if the hotel seems dated, our room was neat and nicely done. It is spacious as well as the toilet. Standard hotel amenities are also provided. In the morning, we had quality breakfast from diverse selections - American, cereals, fruits, bread, cold cuts and cheeses. We also had the privilege for late checkout. And since we planned to join a city tour, we can leave our bags at the Front Office. Its location is very strategic - near Antwerp station, the restaurant lane, and just 25 minutes walk to the city center.

Chosen for its close proximity to Antwerp Central Station. On arrival I found a scruffy and dirty entrance, with dated hardware throughout the hotel. The room located on the 3rd floor was quite sparse and I found wet carpet along the hallway near the bathroom door. A revamp is very much needed at this hotel. Keyser is not a 4* quality and there are probably better choice of other hotels in the vicinity to choose from. Left luggage is at your own risk. A disappointing stay not to be repeated.
