We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception was nice and helpful. Parking was next to the hotel, which was really convenient. The room was very clean and the free coffee machine in the room was perfect for our morning. The buffet breakfast had varieties of items to pick from at 19.50 euro which I think is a fair deal. We will definitely stay there again.

We are still here having checked in yesterday afternoon. One of the keys wasn’t working. Took a bit of convincing the check in staff that the key wasn’t working. (Got sorted in the end) TV in the room not working. This was reported at the same time as key not working. We were told it was going to be relayed to the manager who would then make a decision on what would be happening?? Bit strange? We are still waiting for somebody to fix the TV. Coffee machine in the room is brilliant! Except the cups don’t fit and under the dispenser and they are too small for the amount of coffee provided. Burnt my fingers while holding the cup under the dispenser. There is a light arch behind the TV…. Which has no purpose at all, it needs to be plugged in above the TV. This is unreachable unless you want to stand on a chair to plug and unplug the light???!!! I like the black touches here and there, shame it isn’t consistent throughout the room. Our room was clean but that’s the least you can expect. All in all a bit disappointed, and as a regular 3/4 times a year in Antwerp I don’t think we will be staying again.

I would never return to this hotel, the rooms have no isolation and you can hear everything. The doors are old and slam, they don't close normally. The price is too high for what you get. If I hadn't paid in advance I wouldn't have stayed one night. I don't recommend it.

From our trip to Antwerp the experience with the specific hotel was the worst of all. We had made a reservation through a platform, the reservation has been confirmed by the hotel and when we arrived the shift manager told us that the hotel was overbooked and we couldn’t stay there. The “true” reason as he admitted later was a water leak in a couple of rooms. As a solution he just suggested 2 other hotels (the nearest was 2,5km far), but we had to book it by ourselves. When we told him that this was totally unprofessional, he was just repeating that he cannot do anything else and left. Unbelievable unprofessional attitude and he is by far the rudest person in Belgium.

My worst experience in Antwerp. We had booked a room, we had already paid for this and at the check in time the hotel manager told us that there is not available room. He was rude. He gave us 3 other hotel options at least 2km away. He did't offer to help us with the booking of the alternative options. Totally unprofessional attitude. While we where there trying to find a solution. He was at the restaurant area playing video games.
