not recommended! My partner and I stayed at the hotel for the night, bad breakfast, no parking, and bad service. In the middle of the night, two foreign women entered our room. We were very scared! The hotel staff mistakenly gave them our same room as well. We wanted to talk to the hotel manager and get at least an apology. We were not answered, we were lied to that she would call us. No proper customer service! In case of a problem or malfunction, none of the management cares!

There was no mention anywhere that the single bed is a folding/sofa bed. Absolutely horrible!!! The sheets had dirt and strange marks on them. The bathroom is very small and the showerhead is way aggressive. At night there were kids running up and down the hall making a lot of noise and the hotel staff did nothing about it. When asking for a pillow and blanket i was told that the room beside me asked for the last one and i should manage without. Front dest was almost not reachable by phone and i had to walk downstairs evertime i needex something. During check-in,aside from charging me, i wasn't given any information such as breakfast time, check-out, shabbat candles etc. Brekfest was the worst!!! We waited 1 hour for our eggs 40 minutes for salads and coffee which i was not allowed to get myself. I ended up filling up on bread and wasting 2 hours of my time. It was also super minimalistic/cheap and the service was bad. Id they can't manage breakfast service i really dont wanna know what happens in the evening. Also, when conplaining about it to thd front desk i was again toldto manage.. this seems to be the hotel moto. Finally, on saturday i called the front desk asking for a late checkout which got approved till 16:00 and then around 13pm i got a phone call from the front desk saying it wasn't, who did i talk to, we will check.. miss communication between the hotdl staff around the entire stay put a damper on our stay and was also very timr consuming. Will never come back, nor will i recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete Waste of money. Surly there are way better options in Tel-Aviv.

The breakfast was tasty; not a buffet style but very filling. Be aware that there's a dessert at the end! The room was beautiful and comfortable, with large mirrors and forest-green styling. There is a synagogue and a spa, gym and rooftop deck. There is a parking lot two addresses down but it was inaccessible to us due to construction. We got champagne when we checked in and the room had some chocolates. All the ladies on staff were super friendly. We wanted to use a jacuzzi on the rooftop deck but the water was freezing. We went to the front desk to ask for help and waited for 30 minutes, after which we gave up. This was disappointing. Also, in the morning, the AC went off and we couldn't get it to go back on. We requested a technician to come help us but he didn't show up... Also, the carpet by the elevators is filthy.
