I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering breathtaking views. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The amenities, from the landscape to the dining, were top-notch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to attractions. Overall, it's a wonderful choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional experience.

The hotel boasts an elegant reception, but the service falls short. Encountered a roach in the room, and the front desk seems indifferent about airport shuttle arrangements, lacking proper planning. Called for the concierge to help with my luggage from the 5th floor , I had over 4 bags, waited for close to 20mins after the call and they never came . I had to struggle to get my luggage to the elevator. The breakfast experience is disappointing, with an untidy spread, dirty plates, and shabby tablecloths, among other unsightly issues. The bartender at the bar was super helpful and friendly.
