The guesthouse location and rooms setup is great. But lot of lights and room phones are not working, some rooms bathrooms leaking and messy. Manager was disaster, even hiding WiFi pass word to her staffs. If she is not there you can not get WiFi password.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They all treat you as if your family. The rooms are always clean. The food and service is excellent. I highly recommend to everyone that comes to Addis Ababa to stay at the Sheza Guesthouse.

I am extremely happy with my stay at Sheza guest house, one of the best guest Houses in Addis Ababa. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast service is excellent, the laundry service is fantastic, and the staff are sociable and very much professional. There is 24/7 WiFi service with good data speed. It's location is also suitable for transportation, and there are nearby restaurants, caffes, and supermarkets in walking distance. I would recommend anyone who would like to visit Addis to consider staying at this lovely Guest House.
