Stayed for 4 days and it was a smooth stay. I wasn't feeling well during our stay so thankfully it was close to vatican. The breakfast starts from 07:30-09:30. We went once at 10:30 because we thought it's until 10:30, however, no problem happened and they still accomodate us. The service is what makes this hotel amazing. The receptionist are all friendly, and the breakfast also feels like eating at an Italian home with Signora being so hands on with it. Because I am unwell (sick during our trip) and was sensitive with scents/smell, the oil diffuser in the hallway put me off, thankfully I asked if it's possible to move it and the answer was yes! Thank you so much for the experience!

Beautiful rooftop terrace. Good breakfast, they’ll ask you in advance which kind of croissant you want. Rooms were clean and nice, most had a window and small view. Main problem: Service was mediocre, they definitely helped a lot to accommodate our difficult reservation with different people over different days (awesome ♥️), but the beds were not done correctly in one of the rooms when we arrived 🙁. And they made a big fuss with some guests on arrival because they were confused, when they should have spoken w the reservation holder instead (very not cool 😑). They also would not provide a receipt after booking, only upon departure 🙄. That being said, a few of the front desk workers were great, like half of them, the other half weren’t so nice lol.

Pretty basic hotel in the very close proximity walking distance to Vatican. Location is great without a doubt, loved the rooftop breakfast in the morning and bar in the evening. There is one very memorable worker name Laura who served us breakfast in the morning who really deserves a praise- very nice , friendly, helpful and polite lady . Only give 5 stars because of her , other then that not sure why it’s a 4 star hotel , feels more like 3 . Overall fun experience
