Location was great/view but was quite disappointed with my stay as sheets/towels are only cleaned every 4 days. You have to pay 10 euros to have it cleaned more frequently, this was not ideal as I was on my honeymoon. The jacuzzi/hot tub also took near enough 2 hours to fill up therefore we only used it once as it was kind of impractical for everyday use as we needed to go out and have dinner. There was also a mixup with the management where they messaged me and asked me to not leave my room in a bad state - this later turned out to be a “mixup” on their part but it ended up ruining one of my days when I went to visit Capri as I received a serious text and call from the manager (who i had no contact with prior to this) during my day out. For the price we paid, I don’t think the service was up to scratch at all however the place is good location wise if you need to stay close to the port of Naples

Excellent experience! Very convenient location, you can reach the center in a few minutes on foot. Really very nice room, perfect bathroom and impeccable general cleanliness. Very qualified and very kind staff. Super recommended structure!!!

Perfect location in the center of Naples, located in the Neapolitan nightlife and shopping area, near the Caracciolo seafront, refined environments with careful research into designer furnishings, very comfortable. Excellent welcome, qualified staff.
