I can say that this is the best hotel in Istanbul. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Staff are the best team we have ever seen in Turkiye. They offered us an amazing upgrade as well as very special services throughout our stay. We found this hotel by chance from the maps and it was the best choice ever.

Cozy hotel situated in the perfect location on the Asian side of Istanbul. It's about a 1-minute walk to the subway and 3 minutes to the ferry that will take you to the European side of Istanbul. The hotel is located in the center of Kadiköy, surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you. To our surprise, we received a free upgrade to the family room, which made the experience even better for us! The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. My family and I had a lovely time, and I hope to come back again!

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Evening was perfect! We got big room with great view. The room was new and very clean. We got all the facilities to make our stay convenient an pleasant. The hotel is located in perfect location. 5 minutes walking to the kadikoy pier, 1 minute to the metro and a bus station. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel because kadikoy’s food market is located 5 minutes walking. There are so many cafes, restaurants, bakeries to enjoy of. We had a fabulous experience in kadikoy thanks to the hotel. The hotel’s staff was extraordinary, they were so nice and helpful, with great patience they answer every question we had. I travel a lot and have had different experiences, I was amazed by the remarkable service of each and every one of the staff (including the manager). I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you very much for an amazing week.

I recently visited Istanbul coming from Saudi Arabia and had the pleasure of staying at the Dekalb Hotel, and I can confidently say that it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, everything was exceptional. The Dekalb Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way: Impeccable Service: The hotel staff, led by Mr. Awz and Mr. Mehyar, provided top-notch service that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Well-Appointed Accommodations: My room at the Dekalb Hotel was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was evident and greatly appreciated, moreover Mr. Awz had upgraded our family room to a Presidential suite on top floor which has a magnificent view of Bosfor. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was ideal, situated in a vibrant area with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and transportation. It made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it offered. Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere: The ambiance of the hotel was inviting and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home.
