I came to this hotel since September 12, 2022 but until now I remembered to write a review. Because I was so pleased with this vacation so happy to write a review for it. The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly (especially the receptionists), the cleaning lady is very cheerful, the restaurant servers are also very attentive and approachable. My room was on a high floor and had a very open and beautiful view. Highly recommended! Thank you, will definitely come back again.

Everything was great. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious. Furthermore, I felt very safe and arrived. We have gone through more than 4 hotels in Ha long, this is my favorite hotel.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms with fantastic views. Great gym and pool area. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Located next to multiple marts and convenience stores. Great breakfast buffet one of the best I came across in the north! Would recommend the stay! I came as part of a tour but would return on my own accord.

Got mixed reviews for this one. The front desk officer was helpful and jolly. The hotel even managed to upgrade our room with no additional charges. The facilities were decent, too. The breakfast buffet experience was less than expected. There wasn’t someone to check. The selection’s relatively huge, but the variation of flavors wasn’t fulfilling. It’s also in the outskirts so booking Grab can be challenging.

After comparing a lot of hotels in the area, we decided to go for this one. Best decision we made: staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless (good beds!), breakfast was yummy, and we had a massage (Van/Thuy) which was really nice! Update: for a 5 star hotel, staff should speak better English! Also switch up the music a little bit, the same 8 bar loop over and over gets really boring.
