Note to all potential guests. There is a huge construction project next to the Hotel. Which makes the pool and beach area unusable. The noise is constant from 8am - I was on the top floor but you can still hear everything. Avoid this hotel for the next 2-3 years. Which is a shame because it's a new hotel and probably one of the best in the W chain.

Had an amazing morning BREAKFAST experience and very special thanks to MAURO, who went truly ABOVE AND BEYOND at making our wishes come true and fixed us such a great coctails that really made our days.🥰 Thanks again! One thing that would be great to improve on is the body lotion- the one in the rooms smells quite not nice, would be amazing to replace them with the one in the public washrooms! 🥰

Luxury hotel in a great location walking distance from the marina. The amenities in the room were great, including the bathroom products. The bed was especially comfortable and the shower/tub were fabulous. Would absolutely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at W Hotel. All the staff had been exceptional, from the reception to the housekeeping to the staff at Ginger moon. Definitely five stars! Out of all the breakfast buffets I have had in the world, this was my favorite, hands down. They have an exceptional spread of breads and pastries with a multitude of spreads. I also throughly enjoyed their salad bar and beverage options. The pool is a bit small with not much of a view but it was still pleasant, although construction noise can be heard throughout the morning and day.
