Please remember that the hotel is located on steep uphill. And had another set of stairs inside. The heating was not working but the rooms very nice.

Okay first of all I book this hotel for a day and I got there on time I told them if I can check in now they said no I ask for other room if available I will pay they said no I have to leave because I have no were to sleep at that time I asked the receptionist if I will get a refund if I canceled she said yes so I did just that I canceled and still waiting for my refund I called and they said I will not get a refund it hurts because that my money and I have to look for another hotel to sleep that same day. So why tf are they not refunding my money….

Nice hotel, no breakfast, close to the metro and Wenceslas Square, does the trick as we were out all day.

Strange requests about our documents during check-in. For hotel staff it's not obvious if you book a room for 3 people, you would expect 3 beds, not two. Bad soundproofing. No breakfast at all. And more and more unexceptionable for 4 stars hotel things. If I wouldn't pay 150€ for a night and it wouldn't be a 4-star hotel, I wouldn't be so disappointed and would give a better rating. But for this money it was a disaster.
