The price is relatively fair. WiFi doesn't work at all like speed is 1mbps when measured with speedometers. There is no air conditioning, the walls are dirty, and the curtain is not adjustable. They have broken fans and lamps. No soups and stuff in the bathrooms. in case u need a one night stand it might be ok.

One star also not eligible for service. These people cheat on prices. For the two same type rooms they charged two different prices at a 5 hour gap. Also they don't know the meaning of Ethiopian residence ID. We are expatriates, and we have local Ethiopian residence ID, they charge for foreigner category, this is the first hotel who charge in foreigner caterory after having local residence ID. Earlier they told there is no difference in fare for local and foreigner, after showing evidence they say like they have, and they don't know the meaning of local resident ID. Very Poor management. How can be this hotel a 3 star of having these type of management employees.. Very bad. Did a great mistake by checking in into it.

I stayed there for 2 weeks. The bathroom is full of cockroaches. They tried to clean the mess every morning and even changed my room, but the insects kept coming. They must get pest control on the whole building. Until then - I'm afraid I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel with friendly staff I stayed over 100 days there & I really enjoyed it. I would give it 5star if there was sport Tv channel .They do have WiFi, but you can’t watch EPL or other sports on WiFi. Most small hotels outside and inside the city have DSTV package so that you can enjoy live soccer games. This hotel’s Tv even doesn’t work properly to watch local programs. ,There wasn’t breakfast served when I was there (2021. ), their reason was due to Covid, it wasn’t a big deal to me. — This hotel has very good professional staff, starting from the security people to receptionists & house keeping, they are friendly. Hotel room is clean & up to standard. I would definitely reserve again. The manager(Estifanos) was professional , the receptionist TG was also amazing (all of them are great ,I just forgot their name) — Hotel is at the center of the city , you can go anywhere from 4kilo easily. In short No sport Tv, no breakfast, no restaurant in the hotel (at that time) , I had to call an other restaurant to get it to my room. — Overall ,neat room, professional staff & conveniently located.
