To be fair, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, location is good and WiFi service is OK. I and my girlfriend spent more than a total of 10 days recently. We were satisfied with the service until the staff handled some situation very poorly and carelessly. They did not treat us as customers and definitely we are not going again. Besides, the shuttle service is not reliable. I notified reception more than 6 hours in advanced to go from the hotel to airport. But, the shuttle could not be available even 30-40 minutes after the arranged time and I had to go out and find a taxi by myself.

Good location and accommodation. But the airport shuttle is not reliable. I took taxi twice and canceled another booking because of the unreliable airport shuttle service.

I was in this Hotel for 25 dayes very convenient to Center city ,very clean buffet breakfast was excellent,and staff where friendly and help full I will certainly come back to this Hotel and I highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you Fasil and all the staff for all your kindness!
