Our room was very small even though we booked the slightly larger room. The heating made the air dry and uncomfortable to breathe. The shower curtain was annoying and didn't really help keep the bathroom floor dry. Comfortable bed, nice design even though we did not have such a nice piece of art in our room as shown on most of the pictures. The staff was friendly but not very forthcoming. The breakfast was alright, nothing too fancy. No vegan options or dairy free. The location was great, quiet, a bit off the tourist ways but still very central and in walking distance to main sites and great restaurants. Over all the hotel did not meet my expectations for a 4 star hotel at that price.

The major drawback is that it’s very cold inside the room as there is no central heating. They provide electric heater but it’s very noisy so we can’t keep it turned the whole night. And if you turn it off room becomes cold quickly as ceilings are high. In result we slept in 15 degrees room the whole night, which is far from comfortable. So I won’t recommend this hotel during the cold months. Other than that it’s fine, rooms are clean, well designed, breakfast is ok (however, fresh orange juice would be nice instead of packaged one).

Really nice hotel directly in the historical part of Prague. Very nice designed and comfortable rooms. The service people are very kind and attentive. We had a very good time. Thanks for the nice stay.

The bathroom is one of the major reason I gave it 2 stars. The bathroom wall was clear glass. No privacy. The shower was a hand held spray in a very steep tub, It was very difficult getting in or out because it was so slippery. Older people would find it difficult to take a shower, I didn't for 4 days. No glass door or shower curtain to keep the water in the tub. What a mess. I won't be back.
