The room is good. Great shower and great space overall. The bed was a little small for two people. The security is outstanding since you cannot enter the premises without a key. Keep in mind: the services ARE NOT included, such as the gym and ping pong tables. They are reserved only for students which was a HUGE disappointment for me because when I booked it said that there was a gym. Basically, you are only there to use the room and nothing else. No gym. No games. No eating in your room even.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal. The rooms are great. You do have to hire linen and the water in the shower was a bit cold but absolutely worth the stay. An ideal location right in the heart of Dublin less than half an hour walk to temple bar and trinity college and the Guinness Factory.

On booking was really looking forward to my stay. Location is great but hotel being built so a lot of noise from builders. Towels are not provided in room you must pay €3 per towel. Bed size for two people is very small not a double bed. Security is great only one key so you must go down and bring the second person up.

I’m going to be completely forthcoming and not nit-picky. This is a nice stay in dublin from 2-4 nights. The location is at the edge of “The Liberties” which is more of a housing project area, but like I said it’s on the edge and is a 5 minute walk out to some of the more beautiful and clean areas. There are many attractions within a 10-20 minute walk including Temple Bar. A taxi would be about 7 euros if you hate walking. The room was very nice, and the bed was big enough for 2 six foot men to sleep in. The shower was nice, and the bed was comfy enough. You do have to pay for towels and a late check out but it’s a student accommodation. Probably the cheapest you will find in the city center that is actually nice. You could see Dublin for 2-4 nights here then take the train and move on somewhere else. I would definitely recommend. I only wouldn’t if you want a nicer area or have a higher budget for accommodation.

Absolutely superb price to performance ratio for Dublin. For the price I expected something much much worse and I was honestly surprised by how good everything was. Rooms might be on a smaller side, but it’s not a hotel so it’s understandable. However otherwise location, cleanliness and staff was amazing, better than in some hotels for multiple times the price. What deserves a special mention is definitely a shower, because I’ve seen smaller showers in 4* hotels than in this student accommodation.
