Quite possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in Dublin city center. Staff member (who named himself as Ian but unsure if this is true) spoke to my friend and I in an aggressive tone demanding we move ourselves from a table we were sitting at as paying customers. A pub with zero experience in common decency and customer service if this employee is anything to go by. Was happy to explain the situation to him but continued to direct abusive language to two people he didn't even know and refused to deal with professionally. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I would have to say our evening was spoilt by the cold. While the heating was on it wasn't high enough we heard alot of comment's from others about how cold it was. We left and went elsewhere. The staff were lovely

I had lunch on the 24.11.23. Had 2 main courses of Turkey and ham. 1 French fries , 2 teas and 1 diet coke. Total was 46.40 euros. Food was straight out of the microwave. Plates were not even hot. Food was burning hot in middle and cold on the outside. V disappointing to get Food like this in a gasto pub in Dublin. Quality of food was probably OK but the meal was well below substandard for the price.
