        We stayed here with clients, very good location, just in front of the subway, Klinikak. The building is nice. We had to go the Pompas for dinner, its 50 meter, it was really delicious. The staff in the hotel was friendly.

        Rooms were relatively spacious, beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The internet speed was average but not secured, as it was open to everyone. The rooms were clean. Despite the rooms were clean initially the cleaning daily service was average. The bathroom was spacious but the washbasin was very small. Also the shower had some broken parts, easy to fix but nobody seemed to care to fix them. At the room entrance there was a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave but no equipment so it was actually useless. The kitchen faucet was next to a plaster board wall that was becoming easily wet and it was absorbing the water drops. In the kitchen space, there was also an empty bookcase. The room had a very simple desk with an office chair, the ones they usually have in universities. The room had a strange smell, which was going away only when the windows were open. From my window i could see hundreds of students walking towards their classes. The overall environment made me believe that i was staying in a university dormitory rather than a hotel. For the price paid, i have been expecting more

        I was on a business trip and I asked a proforma from them about a week before my arrival. They didn't even answer my email. I called them several times, once they answered and told me to send my require to a different email address. I did it but received no answer. Finally I had to pay with my own bank card (as I don't have company card and I was out of office hours). The price wasn't low at all (as it is a 4 star hotel) so I was pretty much shocked when I ascertained that there was not even a bottle of water in the room and the sewage pipe or the toilet was leaking. The breakfast was also shocking: no vegetables, no milk, no coffee because there was not enough personnel for filling up.... Terrible. Only the location is perfect otherwise it is a 2 star service.

        I arrived at the hotel last night. I wanted to park in the hotel's parking garage. the door was closed. I went to reception and asked how much parking costs. he told me 15€. but I could probably park on the street for free on the weekend. I did this and he checked again to see if it was okay there and told me it would fit. and in the end I had chains on my tires in the morning and had to pay €30. the manager was very rude and told me it was your problem. It's your own fault if you don't park here in the parking garage. Hotel didn't help me. only gave cheeky answers. It's not about €30 at all. It's about you just being cheeky to the guests!
