Good value solo room. Entry to the hotel was a little difficult, as I had to ring the sister hotel so they would open the door for me. Room basic but sufficient, perhaps another pillow would have been nice. Underneath the bed was a little dirty, but all of the main surfaces, floor, and sheets were clean. Didn't see any staff on site at any point, apart from breakfast, which was also basic, but worth having at the hotel, given local food prices. Staff members that I spoke to on phone or at breakfast spoke good English. Location is fine, close to both bus and boat links to the city centre, approx. 20-30 minutes via either option.

Arrived for a wedding on Friday evening place seemed dead like there was no one there at all , it was 6:30pm when we arrived and the room was still not clean ! The receptionist done what she can she was very helpful and pleasant but it still took another maybe 3 hours till the room was ready ! There didn’t seem to be any staff present at all ! The rooms are very small and beyond basic , there dirty the television doesn’t work ! The towels and beds don’t get cleaned ! I would avoid at all costs ! Breakfast was lovely that was a plus ! Nice spread of cereals and variety there was scramble egg bacon then waffles also and fruit teas and coffees! Location was decent too nothing in the immediate location but there is a ferry that brings you to the city centre which was a lovely lively area and it was maybe 20 minutes journey and was very cheap if not free with regular trips to and from !

It's right next to the ferry terminal, and the managers are lovely. Breakfast is included and is good. But that does not make up for the rooms that feel like prison cells, they are tiny and need a good paint. Reception is not manned all the time. It's very expensive for what you get.

I stayed for 5 nights and no one cleaned the room in the whole stay. We even found lots of hair in the shower sink from the previous client (see picture). Recepction only works for a few hours (normally 15 to 20 or 22h) so we wrote an e-mail to the hotel complaining on the second day. They apologized and said they would clean the room but it didn't happen. I kept writing them every night but I got no more replies. On the third day we talked to a receptionist who said the hotel politics was to clean every 3rd day of stay, although they didn't inform us during check-in nor they show this in their website. To sum up, no one cleaned the room for 5 nighs and for sure they didn't clean the shower before we arrived
