A nice hotel by the waterside. Was perfect for the business meetings I was at. Rooms were well appointed however were dimly lit and I needed my torch to find anything in my bags, even with all.of the lights on! Breakfast was great with a good selection for all tastes. The gym was clean and had enough equipment for a few days of work outs. Sauna was spotless too but a shame it wasn't open until 9 in the morning as an early morning sauna would have been perfect. The bar service was excellent too. It's not in the heart of the city but if you're in Gothenburg for other reasons this could be perfect for you.

Solid and good quality hotel, with a great view if you take a good room. Very clean and very nice staff, brand new premises and great breakfast!! Location isn't great and the rooms and breakfast areas were a bit dark but other than that a spacious and modern place in a very quiet area and very comfortable too.

Terrible. Rooms are dark and cold. The thermostat does not work — you are stuck with one setting, too bad if it’s too cold or hot for you. Apparently everyone complained about it but it’s not fixed. No phone in the room. Don’t respond to texts. Only local number for calling so if you are coming from outside Europe — good luck! Housekeeping staff are very sweet but sadly cannot make up for this insane setup.
