Nice hotel near both Kata and Karon Beach. The breakfast is mostly Asian style and not the typical breakfast westerners are used to. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. The downside is that you need to use stairs to get to the restaurant serving breakfast and to certain rooms. It was a big downside for us traveling with small kids and would be a huge problem if you have physical problems or a disability.

Overall experience was good, but I will rate my experience as bad because of the following reasons, 1. Restaurant staff was treating us like beggars we could feel racist behaviour, she was so nice with other foreigners and with us not even fake smile on her face. It was just her other staffs were very polite and friendly 2. There was not lift

I have been in many hotels aroud the world from 3 stars to 5 stars but this one wase the worse i have ever seen arriving 3 days ago we had room next to the pool and fountain breakfast area the first day the foutain noise wake me at 7 am i tried to explain to the staff that i am sick i need to rest to sleep more she said no the foutain open at 9 am i said no it wase open at 7 am she’s agreeing with hahahah next day it wase open at 6 am i called the reception no one answered i went there i tried to explain again that it too earlyyy he said there is problem with the new engineer he we talk to him they turn it off and he apologized but still today i wokeup to music noise from the breakfast and room hase roten smell please just avoid this hotel i have been fooled by the good comments

The location is convenient. You can choose from two different beaches to taste. You can take a taxi or rent a car. Taxi is expensive, we rented a car (Orange car phuket company, look on the Internet for their website, checked guys. I recommend). Breakfast at the hotel is normal, will not give to starve. Lunch and dinner to choose from. It is possible in the restaurant (almost on the hotel's territory), there is a cool kitchen and a normal discount for residents of Diamond. You can walk along the street, choose from a variety of taverns any. There is also not expensive and tasty. The rooms are quite clean, we lived first in the cottage (for two rooms in the same house), then in the building. And there and there it is normal. Only in the cottage there is a greater likelihood that some cockroach will crawl into the room at night, so it’s better to keep the door closed. The territory is green, very beautiful plants. The pool we had was right behind the balcony. Out on the balcony - and into the water. Cool.
