Our room was spacious and with windows! These are my needs when sleeping in hotels. Thank you so much to Steve, the front desk personnel, for the arrangement and, most especially, for upgrading our room with no extra cost! An anniversary gift that is well appreciated. The breakfast food choices were a lot! With our stay, I can choose different types daily. The location is accessible to most of the spots in District 1, like the Park, the Opera, and the Ben Thanh Market. We liked the Pho and the coffee served in the market and were affordable. When we go back, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in district 1, which is basically the center of the city. You can reach everything by foot which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and the bed is soft. The service is good and the breakfast buffet was enough to start the day. What I didn‘t like was the bathroom with bathub in the room. I mesn literally in the room. No separating walls whatsoever. The shower was quite small and the toilet was in there too. Still would recommend the hotel if you stay 2-3 nights. Longer than that i would book elsewhere.

Not at all comfortable stay!! Cozy rooms.. AC Not working at 16 degrees. Stains on chair & comforter.. worst of all they charged us for cleaning of Towel at 5.30 in the morning. It was just the Hair colour which could have been easily washed off.. very wrong Guys.. will not recommend to anyone for sure!!
