The room was beautiful. Super clean and fragrant upon arrival. The owner was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely be back

It's a real shame because the apartment is worth it, except that almost nothing works: the shower was blocked, the chromotherapy didn't work like most of the functions of the hydromassage tub. I booked a "love" package which included setting up the room with flowers, petals and a bottle of prosecco which was confirmed to me. When I arrived I found nothing... I made a bad impression on my partner because it was our anniversary and I promised him a nice surprise by not organizing anything else. The owner, who doesn't know what customer care means, tells me that he forgot and didn't do anything to fix it. Furthermore, he even had the courage to ask me for more money for the tourist tax that I should have sent him via bank transfer (we're talking about only 5 euros). Among other things, I also forgot my phone charger and I was told that I have to deal with the courier directly because otherwise they would waste too much time at the post office. I don't recommend this place because the owner is more interested in the economic aspect than the guest's satisfaction. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent.

The apartment was simply sumptuous. First of all, the owner gave us good instructions on every step of our self check-in. Everything was well explained and he met all our needs. The area is beautiful, not far away there are supermarkets just in case (Lidl, Aldi). The parking spaces are in front of the apartment, outside, but the area is safe and is located in front of a security and surveillance company (with cameras)! 3 minutes from a supermarket, 20 minutes walk from the train station, 25 from the city, everything is within walking distance with good physical condition. The apartment was large, nothing was missing. The bed was comfortable, the shower superb, everything was really clean (having worn white socks on the floor I guarantee there wasn't an ounce of dust). There are dishes, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker, towels for the hot tub. The hot tub was wonderful, the beamer includes YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ and other channels. There is also a TV in the room with all these programs. Overall, everything was perfect. There are no negative points.

I stayed at this place recently for my birthday treat. Massimiliano's welcome was immediately very hospitable, carefully explaining to us all the rules and functions that this Suite offers. The room of approximately 70m2 is fantastic and cared for down to the smallest detail. LEDs are able to create a climate of relaxation and unique romance. The hot tub is large, comfortable, and there is also a radio included. The parking is not private but there is free parking on the street and it is under video surveillance. POSITION: 31min from the center on foot
