ROOM: We stayed for work at Rm. 227. Our room, as well as the other rooms are big and the beds are comfortable; however, the room we stayed in has a toilet bowl with flush that does not function very well. I have to wait for long minutes before the water tank for the toilet gets full. The bidet is also very slow. The air condition unit is set at 18° C lowest. But the room temperature is perfect for me. The shower head in our room sprinkles downwards.. and upwards! The ceiling, walls and mirror got wet on our first day there because we did not know the shower has that kind of leakage. The next time we used it, we just used the small shower instead. FOOD: I like the breakfast. Not so many food choices, but their foods taste good. I love their breakfast. SERVICE: Their staff, all their staff are accommodating and pleasant. They are all friendly. They charge 100pesos for 24hours use of their iron and iron stand. LOCATION: The hotel is located very near to Ayala Mall, it is just a walking distance. There is also a restaurant across the hotel. A 7/11 is also nearby just across Metro Ayala which is near the hotel. Starbucks also near. The location is good. It is near so many things. INTERNET: The wifi is good in their function hall. However, in the room, the internet connectivity is poor. I teach online in the evening, but my student could not hear me properly because of the intermittent internet connectivity. So I used my mobile data instead.

We just arrived in cebu for the sinulog festival,we stayed for 2 nights at the hotel the room for us was very nice,the front desk receptionist,bell boy and guard on duty was polite and very accomodation when we arrived there.the foods was delicious,but in are last day of stay the front desk receptionist in the morning Monday Jan.22,2024 was not polite at us,she didn't smile at us or greeted so rude girl.here name was Maritha dont know her family name?next time give some manners cause without clients wala kang sweldo at hindi ma promote ang hotel ninyo sa iba tao?but salamat sa uban staff,guard bell boy,front desk receptionist sa diamond Suites and to Ms.Joy.Thank you ganahan me sa among room.😘😘♥️🙏

Room is uncomfortable and you have to rent the iron to use it lol. I really don’t like my stay here. Breakfast was boring and the security guard was kinda rude. He was asking me if whom I am visiting but He doesn’t know that I’m a guest like really? hahaha

This hotel needs to go through a major overhaul. There are so many problems. If you have better options, avoid this place unless you are OK with no water, tv, wifi, etc. If you just want a place to sleep, its ok, the bed was comfortable. The problem - The entire hotel had no water the morning we were getting ready for a family day trip, which we had to cancel, no shower, no toilets, etc. The hotel acted like it was a new problem, but based on other reviews, it is obvious that this occurs frequently. In addition, our phone didn't work, the internet was really slow, the pillows were dirty and smelly, in general, this place is not ready to be in business. They have issues, and know about them, but don't tell their customers. We had to switch rooms our first night because my wife had a bad ankle sprain and couldn't safely use the shower/tub, which had two big steps to climb up and into the tub. We asked the hotel for a room with a walk-in shower, so they gave us the handicap access room, which was a slight downgrade for the room. I didn't mind this much as the shower was safer, but in the end, it didn't matter due to the water problem. We were originally planning on a 4 night stay and switched to the Seda Ayala instead, which we had to pay for 5 nights so we could use a shower and toilet. It was a big hassle and forced us to change our plans, and in the ended up costing more.
