Perfect holiday apartment and EVERYTHING is there. Very cozy and yet modern atmosphere. Very central, a few minutes walk to the pedestrian zone. You should definitely book the underground car park. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, you should look somewhere outside. We liked it very much.

We stayed in the holiday apartment for a week and chose it because we wanted modern and central accommodation in Murnau. The photos of the super chic and modern rooms are realistic - the accommodation impresses with its great, luxurious furnishings. We were impressed upon arrival. Unfortunately, some things are more chic than functional, for example the great-looking counter in the kitchen. For holiday cooking, please only use pepper/salt and a few coffee capsules! The rooms are designed in modern gray and, with additional gray curtains, appear quite depressing and dark. But well, that's probably more a matter of taste. However, the second bedroom turned out to be a plain, small storage room. However, the heavy traffic on the federal highway that runs directly past the house is very problematic. Since both bedrooms are on the street side, you can't open a window at night, which is very bad in the summer heat. Even with the window closed you can clearly hear the street noise. It was the loudest, high-priced vacation rental we've ever had. Conclusion: If you are a manager on a business trip in winter looking for a luxurious ambience and are at work during the day anyway, then you will feel comfortable there and really appreciate the central location in Murnau. However, if you want to spend a quiet holiday there, you need a lot of red wine for warm summer nights on the balcony (which is not on the street) to drown out the background noise of the main road. A bottle of delicious red wine was included for free.
