Very pathetic hotel and it's services. Our experience in this hotel has been really a worse nightmare. The staff and especially the director are very unfair and hardly extend any help. The director is quite rude and demands money for each and everything. There is no daily housekeeping. There has been cases of bed bugs as well. The hotel is being run as a hostel. You cannot expect any favour from the staff. It is hardly a 1 star hotel. Not recommended for a stay until there is a big shuffle and change in the staff.

Worst experience of my life. The management was pathetic specially the Head of management (Akmal). I must say it’s not even a One star hotel. The management was just in search of finding ways to penalize guests on small things on direction of head of management. They have no courtesy and hospitality for guests. If you complian on something the head of management (Akmal) had a very rude response. No room service, you can’t even eat fruits inside room, no tea coffee inside room, if you do so they ask for extra money. Avoid this hotel for having a peaceful stay in Tashkent Attached pictures of corridors and stairs, there were no lights despite of reminders. This was causing high chances of being slipped while going through stairs.

Very bad hotel and pathetic service. Bed bug on mattress (pic attached). Bad behavior by hotel director Akmal. Staff behavior is rude. No proper housekeeping. The hotel is being run as a hostel. You cannot expect any favour from the staff. It is hardly a 1 star hotel. Breakfast was really bad and not fresh. No facilities. Over priced. Staff demand money for each and everything. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
