1. The hotel doesn’t care about updating its phone numbers. The numbers you find do not answer. Of those published on 2gis, two are irrelevant, the third answers. 2. There are no hangers in the room, the hanger in the bathroom is broken, toilet paper is 20% roll. 3. On the buffet there are boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, bread and cottage cheese. This is all. They didn't even bother to boil the sausages. 4. The guy at the reception, Ahimshokh, doesn’t even try to help. When asked to call the room when the pool is free, he nods and doesn’t call. Claims that the water is warm, but the water in the pool is icy. 5. The conditions for late check-out are not discussed over the phone. On the spot it turns out that this is 100% of the daily cost.
