The Santorini luxury villa is a traditional revamped house in Pyrgos Kallistis with a private jacuzzi and two terraces that offer splendid views on Thira and the caldera. The house is located halve way up the hill, so one has to do some climbing with your luggage. Pyrgos is a lovely traditional town with some fine tavernas and is centrally located on Santorini. Every place on the island is within reach of a 20 minute drive at the most. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. There is a kitchenette you need to prepare breakfast in. Dimosthenis keeps the fridge filled with everything you need to prepare breakfast. We had fresh fruit, eggs, milk, orange juice, marmelade, cheese, bacon, Greek yoghurt, muffins and toast bread. There is a coffee machine and a toaster. The idea is that you make breakfast yourself at your own time and at your ease. If you 'd like any else of some food items are missing, Dimosthenis will gladly provide it. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. Bed linnen and towels are provided for. There are two bedrooms with for each room a toilet and shower. This is very convenient when you travel with two couples as we did. The beds are quite OK, but the wooden frame creaks a lot when you turn over in your bed. This is the only thing Dimosthenis will have to attend in time. So in short - I'd strongly recommend Diva Santorini luxury villa when you are looking for a fine retreat with private jacuzzi and a view away form the buzzy touristic places Thira and Oia.

Wonderful location away from the crowds. Pyrgos offers beautiful sunsets and great restaurants. The villa is beautiful and our family of 4 loved our stay there. Very comfortable and spacious. The villa has 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms along with a large living space indoor and 2 living spaces outdoors. The jacuzzi was a great plus for our kids. The full kitchen with washer, dryer, all small appliances was fantastic. The host Dimosthenis is very welcoming and resourceful. He has a lot of great recommendations for restaurants, places to visits and booked a taxi, rented a car and a sunset cruise for us. Love it and hope to return soon. Thank you for a great vacation.

My elderly mother and I had a most wonderful stay at Diva Santorini Luxury Villa. Dimos the villa manager got in touch with us beforehand so we could communicate with each other. He arranged an airport pick-up for us and checked what we would like for breakfast as he stocked the villa with breakfast items for our stay which was a wonderful bonus (our favourite were the oranges with Greek yoghurt - amazing!). He met us where the taxi dropped us off and helped us with our luggage up the hill. Pyrgos like everywhere in Santorini has steps and hills everywhere so not for those in wheelchairs, but my 80 year old mum and my 50 year old arthritic knees managed just fine - it was just a 5 minute downhill walk to the square where there were some wonderful restaurants - Dimos recommended Septum for live Greek music, Brusco and Kantouni - all of which were wonderful, with delicious food. We had planned to be in Pyrgos for the Easter celebrations - if you can visit at this time then do it - we were right in the middle of all the festivities and let me just say it was an experience of a lifetime that we will both cherish forever. The villa was impeccably clean, exactly like the photos, very comfortable (the beds were sooo comfy!), the views to die for, we would have liked it to be a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the terrace more, but we appreciated seeing Santorini in the quieter months without so many tourists. We had originally planned to stay in Fira, to be more central, but we would recommend Pyrgos to anyone, we found a great private driver service (Santorini's Best Driver) and booked a bus tour and boat trip, both of which picked us up from the square, so getting around wasn't a problem, and it was worth it for the beautiful views, beautiful village, and delicious food without so many of the tourists, and probably better prices as well. The villa was a perfect pick in Pyrgos and we would recommend it to anyone, it was such a treat to stay there

Really nice house, with a perfect view on almost 100% of the island, and located in a very nice little village. You can get anywhere from the appartment as it is quite central on the island. I really recommend the villa. You have everything you need in the villa and the host is really nice. He tells you all the nice places you need to see or visit. A great guy.
