Overall not a bad hotel. It was definitely NOT a 4* hotel. I would say it’s a 3*. Rooms are ok however furniture is not top notch. Friendly service from some receptionist not all. Manager was nice and dealt with an issue appropriately. Location is superb everything close by. Only thing is the breakfast is not ood at all. Although ours was included we only ever went once and that too we didn’t eat as it just didn’t look appetising and very minimal selection. Room and bed sheets were cleaned when notice put on door. Rooms could be cleaner as some places were dirty. Not bad especially when you look at the location. I would stay here again.

I’m just writing this review, so it helps others to make a decision about this hotel, this hotel is in a very good location, literally the centre of Istanbul however, the hotel room is very very very tiny literally a double bed fit in the room that’s about it, would not recommend anyone to go with Young children because of lack of space in the room. Also, in the winter, they do not have the control of the heating and night time. You gets so hot and sweaty. The room cleanses is okay, not too bad but the breakfast option is barely anything and those people who works for the breakfast are very lazy. They do not want to top up when it’s finished. Even if it finished at 9 o’clock they will say there’s no more, but breakfast supposed to finish at 10 o’clock. Reception stuff are okay, but I think they need to be more knowledgeable about their surrounding so they can help their customer and give them more informations. Overall experience was okay, compared to what we paid, but they can make it much better if they make a little bit more effort.

I don't recommend this hotel. average rooms, service and food. I lived at the hotel from December 30 to 4 January. when I arrived, I was told that my room broke electricity and that they would put me in another room for 1 night. I was put in the basement there was no window and terrible repair!!! when I said I didn't want to be here even 1 night, I was told that there was no other option and they can't do anything. it was useless to swear. the next day I was moved ,saying that the miracle all earned. food in their cafe average, little choice and bad quality products, fruits were Rotten. I also left for 1 day before, return money for this day could not, said that it was late with such questions whatto demand. from advantages convenient location. if you have a choice ,choose another hotel.

This so called hotel is a very basic bed and breakfast. It claims to be 5 star but I would be very very generous to give it 1 star. The rooms are extremely tiny, bathroom is dirty and very dated, shower was broken. Spent 3 nights and the room services did not clean the room or changed the towels. They folded wet towels and put these on the bed. All in all a terrible place to stay. I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel.
