We opted to spend extra time in Istanbul and accidentally got booked into this hotel. Terrible service, for some reason in turkey, men are also at the front desk. They didn't have all our rooms ready and were not prepared for the amount of people we were plus all our bags, since we were at the end of our travels. Very small and narrow. Other than the location, neither the hotel nor the people in and around the hotel were help or friendly. Really horrible interactions and bitter reception. Would not advise to stay here if you're looking for a comfortable stay.

Worst stay ever! Bunch of liars stating that’s an amazing hotel with views etc, but actually Everything dirty and broken and they cheat giving you worst room for first night instead “high end room top floor with view” saying sorry this one will be available just tomorrow.. (?!) avoid at all cost, such unpleasant vibes.. no honesty at all, 100yrs backwards business when cheating on customer was cool:)

The worst hotel ever. And group of non qualified people managing that hotel. They argue in Turkish language disrespecting the clients shouting at us. Moreover the rooms are dirty not even equipped with the basics. Not professional at all we had to leave and ask for refund .. not recommended even 1 start is not deserved

I’ve ordered “triple room” on a “high level” with a “view to the city” for me and my dad to start our holiday in Turkey - and I really didn’t expected it will be that bad!( i travel quite often) we got dirty room (not even mattress protection??) with completely broken shower&tv (like it’s not even turning on) “the view” to the wall and second floor (out of 6).. they tried fix shower .. and promised second night get that room (i repeat - which i haven’t had and i paid for! ) and we got view but same dirty and no hot water! it’s like to your face seriously! the manager was just taking advantage of your situation (as we were coming back late and don’t expect checking if the hotel “with view” and higher range rooms have got hot water! ) the manager is just awful lier and it’s shame that we needed to deal with that on our holiday. I honestly suggest just dont .. don’t book it for your own peace of mind ! - there seemed so many nice places around, i’ve heard similar story from elder person that they’ve got wrong room also because they “mixed up”..

Bad experience, I booked by using Agoda, on arrival reception inform me that your selected room is without window in basement floor, i informed that it was not mentioned in Agoda details he reply it's Thier mistake, and they asked for extra 10 EUR to stay in a room with a balcony. after one hour of discussion I agreed as times is passed and no refunds in case of cancelation, after I got inside the tables are scratched, a wall is dirty, no tea bot and no central heating only AC and the area far from AC is cold also tv is not working well.
