Overall, I'd say it's fitting of a three star hotel. Excellent location since it's close to the main landmarks / train stations / harbour, but it's also of course a very crowded part of town which might be uncomfortable for some. The staff weren't the nicest but I think it was because of the communication barrier. It wasn't a big deal, if we needed something they were ready to help us. Every morning there is a good breakfast, and aside from being a bit smaller than expected the only significant issue I noticed was that there may have been bugs, so the hotel should look into that. Overall, I'd recommend this for younger couples and people travelling solo who want somewhere reasonable to stay and are travelling on a budget.

I stayed here 5 times . Hotel has a very conditions , Receptionists are always welcome and funny .Omer you are the best Reception. Rahman was really funny.Huseyin was very respectful. Thank you guys for everything my best regards for all of you.

Excellent location in the old town centre, but still peaceful enough to get away from the noise, rich breakfast, lovely ambiance. The mattress was a bit worn off

My parents stayed at this hotel hoping that it would give them the best experience on their vacation but unfortunately it was the total opposite. The staff does not care about their customers needs or comforts, they only care about getting their money. My parents arrived at the required time and they did not let them in until 7 pm. The bathroom are so tight that they would have a hard time using it and taking a shower. The way they treat their customers was horrible. Their communication skills are not professional at all, they would yell at my parents. Overall, i do not recommend this hotel to anyone, IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
