Great hotel. The location is very good and it's close to all the tourist attractions. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, the view was amazing. I also liked their garden. Overall great experience on a budget. I recommend this hotel. Just be careful not to confuse Divas Silver with Divas Hotel, the locations are different.

The photos I saw was not the same as in person. I paid for shuttle service, but there was no shuttle. I arrived there around 7am. They said the room isn't available until 2pm. Around 11am they told us we can go out to see the city and they will take our luggage when the room is available. We came back around 6pm and saw our luggage still left in the lobby. We had 6 big luggage and 3 hand carry. They took us from one building to another building. Then took us to the 3rd floor with no elevator. Second building did not had elevator. Stairs were narrow. The bathroom was so dirty. Room lights weren't bright enough. We ask them to change the room, everyday they told us we will change it tomorrow, but they never did.

The location is good but needs some effort to reach the town. Prices are ok. Rooms are too small and the hygiene is not really well maintained. The economy room does not have a window. The staff is rude a little bit and just one person can understand english or arabic.

We asked for a room with 2 beds and when we arrived they didn't have one. The place did not correspond to the photos on display. Very misunderstanding. In the end, they gave us an emergency bed and the next day they sent us to another hotel that was opposite and did correspond to the photos. We arrived exhausted from the trip and could have avoided all the conflict. to the parrot
