Great location - a 10 minute walk from the airport. Was a good price for a proper shower and sleep during our layover

staff are extremely aggressive. I overpaid for the room by €10 and when I asked for my change he became threatening and abusive shouting in my face . As a solo female traveller this was quite scary & distressing. The manager watched the entire thing and did nothing. Scary place. Furthermore the room stank of tobacco with stains all over the walls, the plug socket did not charge my phone overnight meaning I had no battery for my flight the next morning. Card machine didn’t work so had to find an atm early next morning before flight. Avoid at all cost.

The worst hotel experience of our life. The room smelled of urine. It was filthy. I know you get what you pay for, but surely cleanliness and general hygiene should be a given. Apparently not. Avoid. Book the Ibis next door.

If I could’ve given negative stars, I would’ve. You certainly get what you pay for, but you still expect some level of cleanliness. A) We encountered urine stains all over the toilet. The whole time smelled like urine, especially in the bathroom when you turned on the shower. B) There were also mould everywhere. C) The towels were filthy, hidden inside a dusty cupboard and the size of a tiny cloth. D) the mattress was so hard it responds like a door knock “Luckily” we arrived extremely late and were too tired to deal with the issues, so it we ended up turning a blind eye to the whole situation. Left immediately the following morning. Avoid! Book Ibis next door or something!
