Very noisy! If you want a sleep in, forget it. The rooms are located around the common area and the breakfast served from 7.30/8am will definitely wake you up! Staff doesn’t seem to care and is almost making more noise than the guests. Room was ok except massive marks of humidity on the walls. Location is good if you need free parking.

Clean and nice room, but you have to pay separately for the breakfast. Price is high considering the service they offered. Check out was at 10, but the staff started to ask at 9.30 for the room. Unpleasant. Would not come back.

A really excellent BnB. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because location is a slight drawback - it is located just outside of Siena. However, the historic city is accessible on foot in 8-10 minutes depending on your speed. I think it’s worth noting that if you are walking alone at night back to the BnB you may feel a little unsafe. I was with my husband the whole time and we were both a tad jumpy on our nightly walks back to the BnB, being tourists and unsure of the area. But the benefits of the space for being located where it is - very spacious, modern and comfortable - make up for it. It was a welcome place to rest after days of climbing around the city. The hosts were really helpful, even fixing an air conditioner malfunction within an hour. Professional and gracious!
