Booked, when I arrived at the facility I discovered that I had a bathroom outside the room which was not specified. No TV in 2023... cleanliness is passable but nothing special. Note The location is quite positive but in any case you have to sleep with the windows closed because it is always daytime in Via Toledo.

Excellent structure: very central location, ideal for a dream holiday in Naples, located in the nerve center of the most interesting beauties of the city. Cleanliness and kindness guaranteed with the innkeeper, Francesco, Cicerone perfect. Highly recommended!

The only positive point is the location, everything else negative: room not sanitized, lacking any attention, disposable items missing, noisy door, bathroom not clean, the bathroom bowl with limescale of every color. As well as the sink....despite the advance payment of €170 per couple for 2 nights without breakfast, the bed was never made As for the owner, low price. Not recommended

The only positive note is the central location, otherwise a real disappointment. Non-existent cleaning, the room was never cleaned during the stay despite the advance payment of €80 per night without breakfast with the complaint of the owner who replied that the price was low and daily cleaning was not provided. Furthermore, at the entrance there were bags of unattended laundry within easy reach of anyone, not to mention the non-existence of disposable soaps and all the basic hygiene rules, noisy doors, wifi not working. In short, absolutely not to be repeated.

We booked this B&B despite not very positive reviews, but I usually base that on something else. 4 stars and not 5 only because the room we were given had an external bathroom, private but external anyway. For the rest, a strategic position, in an ancient building in the center, in via Toledo, very close to the famous metro stop. Clean rooms and despite the location, very quiet. The owner very kind and polite. We will definitely return but ask for the room with an internal bathroom. Advised.
