We loved our hotel! The view was spectacular. The 2 rooms were very spacious. The bed was comfortable for me (I prefer a firm mattress). The fan in the bathroom was noisy. Each of our 2 rooms had its own air conditioning with separate controls. Breakfast was robust, with pastries, yogurts, eggs and various meats. It also went until 10am. The location was excellent, a quick walk to the tram and bus stop that took us everywhere we wanted to go. The surrounding neighborhood had shops and restaurants. There was some chatter from the restaurant below, but it was pleasant to hear and didn't go too late. We would stay here again!

Problem with parking for a larger car. You just have to look for it at a nearby square. the rooms and bathroom are not new, but for Italian conditions they are clean. The service of the friendly gentlemen at the reception was excellent - they show the rooms even late at night without any problem and they are very committed to finding parking on the neighboring streets. Breakfast is poor and scrambled eggs look like an omelette. The rooms are not quiet, but it's an old building and the old town, so it's worth it. The basilica bells ring from 7:30 a.m. so you don't need to set an alarm clock ;)

The staff were beyond helpful to us. Our room was air conditioned and peaceful. The location is excellent being so close to the centre of Padua. Padua is also a great place to stay for taking day trips by train to Venice and Verona.

Don't stay here, please! My husband's beautiful jacket was stolen by a staff member on the day of our check-out, July 4th, from our room. When we realized the jacket was missing, we informed Manuel at the reception about this terrible event, but he was not helpful at all. He responded evasively, mentioning that he would check the laundry room in case the jacket had been accidentally taken there. We requested a review of the security cameras, and he said he would speak to management about it. However, nothing was done. My husband sent an email to all the hotel's associated email addresses, but we have not received any response to this day. In summary, this place is horrible, full of thieves, and has apathetic management. Their customer service is horrific, lacking ethics, and they clearly do not care about the clients' well-being. Avoid staying here at all costs!
