Rooms were okay, however the terms and conditions mentioned in the Facebook advertisement were different to what was advised in person. 'cancel anytime' however we tried to cancel 2 days before but we're declined as 70% deposit which was paid in advanced will be refunded if the room is booked by another customer within that period. Location was quite far from other shops / main attractions, roughly 20km out.

Hidden gem tucked just 15mins bike ride outside the bustling city. For travellers who prefers a tranquil resting place. Rates are very reasonable, even better worth for what it is. Staff n owner are very friendly n helpful with good English. Rooms are well designed with a clean and relaxing pool with lush garden around. Good selection of breakfast too. Definitely highly recommended.

A really beautiful place to stay in Cambodia. Spacious, clean and greatly designed rooms which we were sad to leave. Very good AC, not noisy at all. It is a little further from the center but tuk tuks are very cheap (use the PassApp a less than 3 USD to the center, or 3 USD if the reception organizes a tuk tuk for you). The staff is suuuuuuuper friendly, best manners we have seen so far while in SE Asia, always polite, smiling, helpful, always made you feel great. The hotel has an amazing public pool which you can use from 7AM until 10PM. The water was always clean and refreshing. There are also some tubes which you can chill in. Room service is available every day. There is a minibar in all the rooms. We stayed in two room types, standard one which is really cozy and has a very nice bathtub inside, view on the pool and the green garden. Second room was a bungalow with private pool which was also great. There is a restaurant, we definitely recommend their breakfast which costs 5USD per person and you can order everything you want from the menu, all is delicious. Dinner was also tasty. As we visited in low season there was some reconstruction being done on one of the houses. As we booked this for a week of relax we asked if something could be done with the noise of drilling and they immideatly stopped the reconstruction until our check-out day.
