I stayed here as part of a tour, which as I understand is the main way this hotel makes business - pretty much everyone else there was part of a tour group. This hotel must have been beautiful before, but now it's too old and urgently needs renovation. Rooms are extremely smelly and the staff tries to fix the issue by spraying around. Breakfast is okay. At least no cockroaches as others mentioned...

Good room, good breakfast. We got a room with no balcony although from the booking pictures we were sure we receive one. After changing request they gave us a room with a terrace in the top floor (which was looking a bit worse comparing to the other once and quite abandoned but still worth having a terrace)

Location is very much near Ankor wat temple It is good that breakfast starts at 6 AM as most of the tourists start early to visit the temple. Most of the items are non-vegetarian. Would be good if they add more vegetarian items The rooms are very clean and the service is also good. Big beautiful swimming pool in the middle of the hotel to relax ourself.

A grand hotel at one time, now in the quaint or charm category. Staff are good, pool area is functional, rooms are comfortable. WiFi is slow and frequently will not connect at the worst possible times (ie checking in for a flight) and breakfast is not great with little variety of fruit each day, although the omelette, noodle bar is decent. The location is good. If you're not too fussy it is an ok place to stay for a few days.

Only stayed for a short while. We arrived at 8pm and left at 4am for a sunset tour, so we ordered room service which was quick and enjoyable. On site restaurant enables 24hr room service and the staff were all very friendly. Not too many tourists around so the hotel was very quiet. Hopefully we didn't wake the receptionist that was crashed out in the lobby on a couch when we left.
