The staff needed more attention about the keycard to open the room, my family tried to open the room but suddenly it couldn't open it. My father tried to ask the staff to help open the door and I think he said " sorry, we will fix it, later at night we will give it back to you. " And the room was very nice and clean , the bath was clean too. And it is very quiet and there is no noise. That's it

While the location is pleasant, the staff's behavior was disappointing. During our conversation, it appeared that the staff member was engaged in playing a game, specifically Clash of Clans. This is impolite, especially when assisting customers who simply want to check in. Furthermore, they provided inaccurate information about room availability without thorough verification.

Room a too small and Eclectic box a so noisy all we couldn’t sleep. I went to tell Front desk guy for change room and he just only coming to my room for ON / OFF when he did that just stop for a minute. At that time already 2am . If course I’m not gone call again at this time. Never ever stay again .

The worst experience in this hotel, i booked for 29 dec 2023 to 1 jan 2024, on early morning around 3 am on the first of January, the staff called me many times and forces me to pay again even though i already paid through Traveloka app. the horrible thing this stuff is knocking on my door and open the door with his access even when I'm inside the room. Please avoid this man! NOT recommend you to stay in this hotel.
