Lovely hotel to chill and relax for a couple of days. A few minutes walk from the big malls. There are plenty of food eateries around the area. Rooms were spacious and clean, which was optimal. The service was great and the staff were friendly. Or you can take a Grab to go around and enjoy KL, Malaysia.

It was an amazing stay during the full 5 days, Ivan and Magen was helpful to make the process swift during checked in so that I would be able to make it for my appointment. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy. Also thanks for the cookies!

My stay at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur was fantastic. The hotel's modern decor, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The central location was convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities provided, including a rooftop pool with stunning views, added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Understand that the hotel has tried their best to provide a good service, however few bad experiences below: 1, Room was not ready after 3pm, and although I had filled up the 26-hr stay form, I still needed to wait for the room till 4pm. So what is the meaning of a 26-hr stay form? 2, At 4pm, finally the room is ready, but inside the room quite smelly, understand this was just finished the housekeeping, should they avoid this situation for the next house guest? 3, Inside the room, felt like it's a group tour room, e.g no writing pad and pen, no hand towels, sofa was dirty, glass mug was frosted (maybe dusty)... But there was a good experience in their breakfast buffet, my family liked it very much.
