A nice hotel, easy to find on Shepherds Bush Green although the revolving doors weren't working so not an ideal start to arrival. Friendly reception but no help with my bags to my room, a bit disappointing. Good and comfortable room with basics and nice products included. The room was very cold and the heating didn't seem to work but it was a very comfortable bed so I slept well. Breakfast was excellent with friendly and good service with the fantastic atrium views above. In all good value and pleasant so I'd definitely recommend and return. Thank you

We stayed here over Christmas with our cat and our stay was lovely. I was a bit worried because of the reviews but everything was great. The bed was fantastic it was honestly brilliant to sleep on it. The staff was very nice too. The only negatives are that the bathtub was a little small and that the price of the spa is outrageous so is the price of food. £20 for a sandwich or £190 for 130 minutes of spa usage, a 40 minute massage is 80 something pounds. Come on! But overall we all enjoyed our stay.

Clean twin room in good repair. En suite clean and in good repair although in need of minor refurbishment. No mini bar with no apparent opportunity to request one. Breakfast: routine English with continental. Staff are obliging, pleasant and interested in meeting clients' requests. Standard of accommodation is, in this reviewer's opinion, commensurate with price.

Room was dated bathroom tiles cracked, furniture were old and damaged. Didn't quite like the pillows not comfortable. Extractor and air conditioner system were noisy all over the night. Breakfast was good. There was coffee machine but didn't give any pods until last day! asked the staff few times they were saying we don't have any! Some staff were not helpful at all seemed ignorant. Location is good plenty choices of buses and underground nearby with huge shopping centre just few minutes away.

I'll be honest its been a few months since staying at this hotel but life has been racing by and I forgot to review! So if I remember correctly the room was nice enough but I'm afraid one thing definitely made this stay far from appealing. The window.... or if you can call it that. Welcomed into the room with a large curtained wall only to discover a postbox of a window. Very claustrophobic feeling! 😱
