We came to London for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday, prior to arrival I had been in conversations via email about having the room decorated a little bit with balloons etc and what my budget for that would be, however upon arrival to the room nothing had been done which left me a little disappointed. And obviously having no lights on the second night/third morning was frustrating having to try shower(which was difficult anyway as the shower area is tiny) get ready and everything else in the dark/with a torch. The room was also smaller than I expected going by the photos but we made do with what we had. Other than those few issues we had a lovely stay, the staff were so polite,friendly & helpful. The hotel is very modern and clean. The toiletries provided were lovely and refreshing. And the location of the hotel is perfect, 3 minute walk to shops/restaurants and 3 minute walk to Earl’s Court tube station.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to couples traveling together. We had a normal room, which was clearly too small. The quality of sleep was correspondingly poor. However, the location is excellent and the most important stations of a London stay can be easily reached. If you want to swap quality of sleep for this benefit, you are in good hands here.

The hotel is a short walk from the Earl’s Court tube station. There are shops, restaurants, fast food restaurants, a grocery store, plus, a Boots shop, on the walk to the hotel. The property sits on a quiet side street. So, you have the best of both worlds. The staff at this hotel is AMAZING! They will cater to your every need! Do not hesitate! Booking this one, on your next trip to London!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The value was great and the staff was very friendly. The location is amazing. Just a short walk to the tube, a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores near by. The rooms are small but I think people often forget it’s a pretty standard size for England/Europe. The only improvement that is needed is on the air conditioning. We had and issue in both of the room we stayed in. We will definitely stay here again.

I spent two nights at the hotel, the first of which I was put in a basement room (LG) which was in my top three worst hotel experiences. The basement room I was in was dark, cold, dirty, and felt very unsafe (the window to where they store the bins didn’t lock). The next day after asking some staff members what they could do to move me and doing my best to be nice about how miserable I was in the first room, they moved me to a very lovely bright and cheery one on the second floor. I see why they consider them the same product because they’re the same size but the basement rooms are most definitely not the same hotel, even the in room amenities like toiletries are different as there were none in the basement. I would describe the basement room as a usable 2 star hotel and the second floor as a cozy 4 star. Both are small but be warned the basement is not a happy place. That said the staff are absolutely lovely and very very kind. I was very grateful to be moved and while I would give the first night 1/10 overall the staff made up for it.
