Great & very helpful staff, even before we stayed. Fabulous location, 3 mins walk from Earls Court tube station. Extremely quiet, we slept with the window open….in central London! Clean and well appointed room

Great location in a quiet street just 2 mins walk from Earls Court tube station & main streets where there's plenty of restaurants etc. Decent sized room with a good bed & bathroom for the price point, shower is good & hot. Needs a little bit of updating but nothing major and the shower, although hot & efficient, is quite small, taller people >6ft will need to be flexible if needing to wash hair in the room I was given :-) Would definitely stay again

A charming place, in an old Victorian house. The backyard is lovely to have a tea in the sunshine. The service is nice, but first of all, the team is great : these people are smiling, understanding and highly professional. What a pleasure to start the day with lovely people ! Being used to go to hotels in London for years, we can tell it's the very first time we felt such a friendly atmosphere. Thanks a lot and see you soon !

We arrived at this hotel after being told on arrival by the hotel we had initially booked with that our booking had been cancelled. We were incredibly stressed but when we spoke to the receptionist, she was so understanding and polite. She found us a room instantly, had it cleaned and couldn’t have been more helpful and calming. The room was perfect and quiet and all staff were welcoming and friendly. We are so grateful and glad our original booking cancelled, so we could experience this pleasant hotel. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
