A very sweet and friendly host. He was very helpful from the first moment. The rooms were very large and spacious, and I would like to say that we also liked the breakfast options very much. Easy bus accessibility to the centre of city for sightseeing. It gave us a great advantage.

On arrival we was greated by the owner who is extremely friendly and approachable, We was provided with a map of the area and some information on transportation. Room is large in size and very well maintained. Lots of original features within the room that gives it that grand feel. So far so good.

I had an excellent stay here. My single ensuite room was very comfortable. Richard, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too. The location was perfect, an easy 30-minute walk or a quick bus journey to the city centre.

The rooms were spacious and well equiped with a shower. Bed very comfortable. Tea and coffee etc available in the room. Clean towels and a bath mat. Hand soap, body wash and shampoo available. Breakfast was plentiful and served on a tray to your room. Richard was very helpful. He gave us maps directions and transport advice. The house is a lovely old building that is well used but clean enough. Very close to public transport with a bus about every 10 min.
