Nicely adequate and well priced accommodation in beautiful Edinburgh. Unstaffed hotel for what seems like the majority of the day, takes a bit of getting used to, with key exchanges, access when front door locked etc. But you get used to it. A minor inconvenience, really.

Great location and worth the money. Our room is a 3 bed room,the room is tidy and clean.although the toliet is small but not a big issue. I would love to express my appreciation to Russ.I left my wallet in the room（all my bank cards,BRP and keys in it)after check out. she helped me to find it and post to me.she really save my life！

Nice little hotel located perfectly to explore edinburgh. Room was fairly new and cozy. Stayed there for 3 nights and can‘t complain at all. Thank you for having me !

Family with 3 kids, we stayed for one night. We were assigned a spatious room with 3 single beds, a double bed, a TV, kettle and an old piano. Room was clean, firm mattresses, clean towels. Shower was working and the heating was on for the night. We met the cleaner when we arrived and we met a guy when we left by chance as we had forgot something in the room and he opened us the door. Great location, clean and comfy. Good value for the price considering Edinburgh prices. My only comment is that they should open the dining room downstairs and make it available for customers. Otherwise the only space available is the bedroom.
