We recently stayed at this hotel, and were overall very satisfied. Checking in is a breeze with the Hilton Honors app, and you can message the front desk through the app with any questions or concerns. I think the longest I ever had to wait for a reply was 15 minutes. Candice at the front desk is an absolute rockstar! She is very polite, hardworking, and accommodating. As part of our wedding room block rate, we got complimentary breakfast. The food was average and about what you’d expect for a hotel breakfast. Our server was very friendly. The hotel itself was very pretty, and the room was completely satisfactory. They also offer a great complimentary shuttle on Fridays and Saturdays that can pick you up from the MARTA station. Overall, we have no major complaints and enjoyed our stay.

Nestled in the most beautiful location among woods and areas with cabins and bike trails and kayaking, I attended a conference at this hotel and it was so unbelievably well done! The layout was great, providing everything that was needed for the 350+ person event. Breakfast and lunch were provided in one room, theatre style seating in another room complete with slideshow presentations, and a third room for a buffet-style dinner. Every inch of the space was well utilized by vendors. Ample restrooms that were kept very clean - I saw bathroom attendants cleaning the restrooms regularly. I didn't use the pool as I wasn't staying at the hotel, but enjoying lunch for a few minutes by the pool while soaking up some Georgia sun was a bonus since I was traveling from out of state. Well done and thank you, Hilton!

I have been staying here for the past couple months for work and I am on a first name basis with the front desk. Marilyn is wonderful, she made sure I was set up with Hilton Honors and is always super friendly. It’s truly a pleasure checking in / out with her. All staff is super friendly upon arrival and always sure you’re taken care of. Refrigerators are available upon request but not a standard in the room, but having the option is great to store leftovers during business travel. Rooms are clean, well taken care of and comfortable. I am very pleased with the staff, hotel and location. I love the little treats they have as well at the front desk, it’s just a little added bonus after a day of travel. Thank you all!

Our recent family gathering in Atlanta was amazing. Candice - from Double Tree was the best. Her customer service skills were remarkable. She handled disgruntled customers with a smile and maintained her composure. With that being said, our room at Double Tree by Hilton was a disappointment. I requested a handicap accessible room with a walk-in shower - we got a room with a step in tub & the hand held shower head did not work. The telephone did not work There was no microwave nor a refrigerator in the room......WHAT??? The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. We just got fresh towels in a uncleaned bathroom. As I stated before, Candice was the best during our stay at Double Tree.

The customer service from ALL 3 shifts was remarkable and the beds and pillows are super comfy. I’m giving it a 3 star because my shower didn’t work so I had to shower down the hall until maintenance came( I was already unpacked and didn’t feel like moving) pieces were coming off the circle mirror.. no mini fridge.. no microwave ( but they can bring you a microwave to use ) parking fees every day.. the same breakfast buffet they serve at any other hotel.. they charge you $18 adults and $6 for kids and then of course you have to tip the very nice waitress.. they also didn’t have a waffle maker and wouldn’t let my son bring a cup of fruit to his room. My kids were so excited the pool closed at 10pm but it’s outside so we couldn’t use it. The wall paper is peeling and the ice machine didn’t work on my floor so we had to go to another floor. I also didn’t receive my points as promised and for whatever reason I didn’t have access to my digital key.
