Aircond is centralised aka it doesn’t exists - when called to complaint, we were given a portable air / fan unit, and were asked to open the window for better air ventilation. The fridge cannot be open unless you pay for it - and they also charge rmb5 per bottle of drinking water. No personal items like toothbrush etc will be given unless you asked. This is really poor standard for the Hilton group, considering it was nearly AUD$200 / RMB1000 per night. Absolutely shocked with how we were treated. The location is really out of nowhere - not where I’d stay if I were to come to Chongqing for holiday again.

Visited Chongqing for work and stayed here for 15 days. The service and staff was friendly and almost always had someone who was bilingual and could speak some English. I had room service a few times and the western breakfast was the closest to home I could taste within miles! The facility was very clean, secure, and well maintained. Perfect location near shopping, grocery, and entertainment. Only complaints: the Wi-Fi was pretty slow and the A/C was sometimes lacking. There was also quite a bit of construction in the area which could be noisy at times but not a huge nuisance. If I returned, I would probably stay here again.

I have mixed comments for this hotel. Room was nice but A.C. control seemed to be controlled by elsewhere as room never got to the temp I set it and bathroom had poor lighting. Room staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests. WiFi was terribly slow. Location is very central but too much construction noise even at wee hours of the morning, Concierge struggled to speak English, but they were very helpful once they understood my request.
