I stayed here for six nights. The room was on average and the breakfast was great with fresh food. The concierge team impressed me by well-organized my one-day -trip twice. I didn't carry a local number so people can't reach me by mobile. The concierge showed their good training. They connected the travel itinerary with the local guide, gave me travel advice to avoid bad weather and traffic, and the details was well transferred even there were day and night shifts with many different concierges.

Good location, good restaurant and good service. 15minutes by foot to Guanyin bridge metro station (觀音橋站)，but you have to know the way. Because Chongqing is a city of hillside.walking on street in Chongqing always climbs up and down, sometime taking elevator or lift to another road. Awesome experience.

We stayed one night in Aug. 2015. The service quality was poor and bellow the standard of Hyatt. Price was highly inflated e.g. they charge $50 (half of the room price) for adding a roll way bed, which in many place was free of charge.
